Amazing place with its fast Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely bar area. On my first visit, the staff helped me find a place to exchange money, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place! I'm returning for another business trip.

Truly enjoyed this top-class hotel, easy to find, with attentive staff at the reception desk. The location nearby a subway station was best possible and comfy. There were a shopping street and many good stores around the venue.

This was our third hotel in Italy, Its very unique in its design, very clean (to what it meets the eye, didnt have uv light to check the sheets :-), the room was nice, a bit awkward to move around as there is a little space when going from the cupboard to the bathroom, the breakfast was really nice, we tried to have breakfast in bed, but it was around 10 euros for each, so it was a bit pricey much rather go out and have an amazing one at some cafe and enjoy the view in rome for that price. The view from this room was a courtyard, nothing amazing, but it has plenty of sun. The staff were extremely helpful.
Dont know if its a common thing in Italy, but this was the third hotel in Italy which it did not have a coffee station in the room, which was a downer for me, as like to have coffee whenever in the room. The lay out of the room was a bit awkward.

Our hotel room was clean, modern and not too expensive. Decor was to a high standard and the shower was great. It was a good base for being out and about seeing the sights in Rome. We were worried about having to book in on line for our return flights, but we were able to do that at the hotel. Staff were very helpful.
Room was a little cramped, but apparently that's the norm, in Rome. Would have loved a lovely cup of tea first thng in the morning, but there were no tea-making facilities in our hotel room so we had to wait to go down to breakfast. The tea that was served up tasted like Earl Grey not what we'd normally drink at breakfast and it was luke-warm. We drank lots of strong coffee instead. As the saying goes," when in Rome"......

A well-suited match for a short stint in Rome with definitely value for money. I enjoyed the pizza place right across the street that stayed open until midnight. Opening the windows helps to cool down the room better than the AC.

Liked the cleanliness of rooms and general areas
When power failure the coulour scheme of Black dark grey made it impossible to see some area's , if there were an emergancy this would cause me concern .

The location
I had a problem with a taxi reservation (I waited for almost a hour!) That could be easily solved if employees were more attentive.
